• The Scrybafixed asset management module can calculate depreciation using the straight-line method, daily.
• This is an automated process, meaning the user need not click any button to calculate the depreciation.
• The application also allows for the creation of asset users; this can be an individual or department.
• This allows for the asset to be linked to the user and trace its location. Assets can also be transferred between users.

• Log and report incidents against the asset such as accidents, damages, misuse, missing and stolen.
• Log maintenance/service requests for the asset such as routine service for motor vehicles and machinery, upgrades and replacements of assets.
• Add pictures of the assets at any given time or occurrence of an event like an accident.
• Bulk import of asset and asset users. A template for the import of data has been made available.
• The application can generate the following reports asset register, asset users, depreciation report, addition, disposal and scrapping.
